Energize Dance, Fitness, Health & Beauty have moved into 9,000 square feet of very spacious studios at Lodge Mill, Barden Lane, Burnley. (Opposite Barden Mill) BB12 0DY. 5 minutes from the M65 motorway and 1 mile from Burnley town centre. We are only 5 minutes drive from Nelson, Barrowford and the surrounding areas.
Energize consists of 5 studios. 1 studio is for our themed parties. e.g.High School Musical Parties.Parties/Disco/Pamper or Princess Parties, with nails and make-up, followed by a buffet and cocktails, one and a half hours long.

Blue Bistro Bar/Reception
The Blue Bistro Bar/Reception is a very spacious area, comprising of a bistro/eating and drinking area where you can purchase drinks e.g. Cappucino's Latte's, Hot Chocolate's, toasties, etc. You can just chill and we have a adult area just for you to relax with leather settee's and magazines too. Opened for lunches or after work, You can just call in for a cappucino or a drink with a friend, You can ring us also before you come and we will have your order ready.

Energize Dance, Fitness, Health & Beauty is situated in a Lancashire Mill which the 1st floor has been converted to beautiful and contempary studios and a Blue Bistro Area with chocolate leather settees. Nail and beauty area and we also have conference/training facilites.
Energize can be transformed in the Evening into a (french bistro/party, with the candles burning it looks fantastic for a night of dancing and fun.
