in small groups which emphasis on fun & fitness.

Why Pole

Our classes are for women of all shapes, sizes and ages find
themselves addicted to the pole after just a couple of hours.
Our course is the most comprehensive course for those who are
really looking to learn some great moves. You will be tackling a
series of different spins, tricks and linking moves, before
finishing the course by climbing the pole and going upside
down!
Mondays 
6-7pm Pole Dancing for
Beginners
8-9pm Pole Dancing for
Advanced (book and pay in advance)
The perfect way to try pole dancing for the first time. You will
learn the basic technique with one of our friendly and supportive
instructors, giving you some first-hand experience of why this is
the fastest growing form of dance fitness today. No previous
fitness or dance training required, no age or size limit.
Ideal for those wanting further
practice in order to perfect the skills learned on a course and for
those who need more intense tuition.
